PICCHU

Picchu is a fusion between a light sculpture and side table, grown with mycelium and crafted with glass, inviting contemplation on the dichotomy between living and non-living matter. Its design  juxtaposes the structured, geometric grid-like pattern with the organic, network-like growth inherent to mycelium, creating a visual dialogue between order and spontaneity. The multiple prisms of the glass element allows for a play of light both day and at night.
